Ka\u017ed\u00fd den, pod veden\u00edm zku\u0161en\u00fdch \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159\u016f, se studenti u\u010dili tradi\u010dn\u00ed pokrmy italsk\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b, nap\u0159. pizzu, lasagne,<\/p>\n<p>pastu, tiramisu aj. Studenti, po uk\u00e1zce a v\u00fdkladu \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159e, museli dan\u00fd pokrm uva\u0159it pro hosty hotelu dle tradi\u010dn\u00edch m\u00edstn\u00edch recept\u016f, na vlastn\u00ed o\u010di mohli vid\u011bt pr\u00e1v\u011b vyloven\u00e9 ryby, \u010di mo\u0159sk\u00e9 plody, n\u00e1sledn\u011b je mohli i spr\u00e1vn\u011b zpracovat a uva\u0159it z nich. Kurz byl pro studenty zaj\u00edmav\u00fd i t\u00edm, \u017ee m\u011bli mo\u017enost pozn\u00e1vat italskou kulturu d\u00edky v\u00fdlet\u016fm po okol\u00ed Mil\u00e1na Marittima, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1\u017eitek v\u0161ak m\u011bli z v\u00fdletu do San Marina, st\u00e1tu, kter\u00fd pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejmen\u0161\u00ed v Evrop\u011b. Ve voln\u00e9m \u010dase m\u011bli studenti mo\u017enost vyu\u017e\u00edt posledn\u00ed dny tepl\u00e9ho po\u010das\u00ed a vykoupat se v mo\u0159i. Z\u00e1v\u011brem t\u00fddne byla student\u016fm p\u0159edstavena v\u00fdroba sektu Prosecco. Dle slov z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch byl tento kurz va\u0159en\u00ed t\u00edm nejlep\u0161\u00edm gastronomick\u00fdm z\u00e1\u017eitkem, kter\u00e9ho se d\u00edky SO\u0160 a SOU Praha
