Z\u00e1jezd se uskute\u010dnil d\u00edky nada\u010dn\u00edmu \u00a0fondu \u00a0\u201eCesta ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0\u0159editelkou SO\u0160 a SOU Praha- \u010cakovice Mgr, V\u011brou Nov\u00e1kovou.. \u017d\u00e1ci t\u00edm byli odm\u011bn\u011bni za vzornou reprezentaci\u00a0 na \u0159\u00edjnov\u00e9 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed gastronomick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ei st\u0159edn\u00edch gastronomick\u00fdch \u0161kol po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9 v\u00a0Bratislav\u011b, kde se na\u0161e \u0161kola um\u00edstila mezi ostatn\u00edmi na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdstava prob\u00edhala v\u00a0supermodern\u00ed v\u00fdstavn\u00ed t\u0159\u00edpodla\u017en\u00ed hale <strong>Neue Messe Basel <\/strong>postaven\u00e9 v roce 2013, jej\u00ed\u017e v\u00fdstavba st\u00e1la 400 mili\u00f3n\u016f \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00fdch frank\u016f .<\/p>\n<p>Na v\u00fdstavn\u00ed plo\u0161e 120\u00a0000 m<sup>2 <\/sup>vystavovaly nejp\u0159edn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 gastronomick\u00e9,\u00a0 potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 i stroj\u00edrensk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti \u00a0kde \u00a0prezentovaly sv\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, kter\u00e9 by v\u00a0modern\u00ed gastronomii nem\u011bly chyb\u011bt v\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m modern\u00edm hotelu, restauraci \u010di jin\u00e9m gastronomick\u00e9m provozu.<\/p>\n<p>\u017d\u00e1ci m\u011bli mo\u017enost vid\u011bt sou\u010dasn\u00e9 trendy vybaven\u00ed provozoven n\u00e1bytkem, restaura\u010dn\u00edm invent\u00e1\u0159em (z porcel\u00e1nu, skla, plastick\u00fdch hmot a d\u0159eva) a dal\u0161\u00edm nejrozmanit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm hotelov\u00fdm a restaura\u010dn\u00edm mobili\u00e1\u0159em. \u017d\u00e1ci \u00a0se tak\u00e9 velmi zaj\u00edmali o modern\u00ed vybaven\u00ed kuchyn\u00ed stroji a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi, kter\u00e9 dnes pr\u00e1ci kucha\u0159\u016f\u00a0 velmi usnad\u0148uj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Velk\u00fd prostor byl na v\u00fdstav\u011b v\u011bnov\u00e1n t\u00e9\u017e n\u00e1poj\u016fm. Vystavovatel\u00e9 seznamovali n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky s\u00a0novinkami p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b k\u00e1vy a tepl\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f, \u0159ada st\u00e1nk\u016f byla zam\u011b\u0159ena na prezentaci v\u00edn, piva, lihovin, \u00a0nealkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f a nov\u00e9ho trendu molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed myologie.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem v\u0161ak m\u011bli na\u0161i \u017e\u00e1ci o prezentaci pr\u00e1ce nejp\u0159edn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch sv\u011btov\u00fdch kucha\u0159\u016f u \u00a0kter\u00fdch m\u011bli mo\u017enost \u00a0\u010dasto degustovat a posuzovat nov\u00e9 zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 kucha\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011b\u0159\u00edme \u017ee tento z\u00e1jezd pomohl \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm se orientovat\u00a0 v\u00a0nov\u00e9m, velmi modern\u00edm pohledu na novinky v\u00a0oboru, kter\u00fd si vybrali pro sv\u00e9 budouc\u00ed povol\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 odpoledne z\u00e1jezdu \u017e\u00e1ci \u00a0podnikli v\u00fdlet\u00a0 k\u00a0R\u00fdnsk\u00fdm vodop\u00e1d\u016fm. Vodop\u00e1dy se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed u m\u011bste\u010dka Schaffhausen a jsou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi evropsk\u00fdmi vodop\u00e1dy, co se t\u00fd\u010de pr\u016ftoku vody za sekundu.<\/p>\n<p>Ing.
